2017 Saskatchewan Music Conference

Last Day to Register for SMC and Pat Sheridan's Workshop: October 23, 2017

Get ready for the revamped edition of the 2017 Saskatchewan Music Conference!

This year's event will feature not only world-class speakers, such as our Keynote Address by Bruce Pearson, but also a revamped awards ceremony recognizing outstanding music volunteers in our communities. It will also boast an inaugural professional development workshop for teachers and adult musicians led by Pat Sheridan, and of course, fan favourites such as our ever-popular trade show, silent auction fundraiser for Saskatchewan's vibrant music community, and our delegate jamming session - the wind band rehearsal!

Attention Teachers:

A special Breathing Gym Workshop for Students is being held on October 27, 2017 at Martin Collegiate High School in Regina. Although this is a separate event from SMC, teachers are invited to register their elementary and high school band and vocal students for this outstanding workshop. Admission starts at only $5 per person thanks to the generous sponsorship of Long & McQuade Musical Instruments, KHS America, and Jupiter BandĀ Instruments. If you would like to register your high school or elementary school students for this workshop, please visit SBA's website for more details.

We hope to see you all there!
